15. GOVERNING LAW & VENUE

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be resolved exclusively in Michigan state or federal courts.

16. SEVERABILITY

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and POP*HIPPO regarding use of the Site.
