without notice. POP-HIPPO Apparel & Swag also reserves the right to change
the short code or phone number from which messages are sent, and we will notify
you when we do so.

By opting into the Service, you consent to the use of an
electronic record to document your opt-in. To request a free paper or email
copy of the opt-in or to update our records with your contact information,

copy of these Terms or the rest of your opt-in, you will need (i) a device

person that has access to your wireless device or telephone number. If your

Neither we nor the wireless carriers (such as T-Mobile) will be liable for any
delays in the receipt of, or failure to deliver, any text messages, as delivery
is subject to effective transmission from your network operator. Text message
services are provided on an “AS IS” basis. Data obtained from you in connection

provider’s name, and the date, time, and content of your text messages. We may
use this information in accordance with our Privacy Policy to contact you and

PRICE POLICY

We will gladly match the price of any item online to the listed
price in any of our POP-HIPPO retail stores. Note: this does not apply to
outlets or third-party locations. Please contact us if you have any questions.

GIFT CARDS

Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards are only redeemable at www.pop-hippo.com
and at all POP-HIPPO retail stores. Click here to find a store near you.
Purchase, acceptance, or use of this Card constitutes acceptance of POP-HIPPO
Terms and Conditions. Card is not refundable or redeemable for cash, except as
required by law. Card is not reloadable and cannot be replaced if lost or
stolen. Card cannot be used for the purchase of another gift card. Card does
not expire and is not for resale. Void where prohibited. Card is issued by, and
is solely a legal obligation of, POP-HIPPO Apparel & Swag LLC. Gift cards
are excluded from all promotions.

SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY

Please review our other policies, such as our Shipping and
Returns policy, posted on this site. These policies also govern your visit to
